Rajiv

Founder & Managing Director

Rajiv is a seasoned IT leader with over 20 years of experience driving technology transformation across major IT firms and Big 4 consulting firms. Holding a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Delhi, he specialises in complex SAP implementations and rigorous IT audits. Throughout his career, Rajiv has partnered with major international clients globally, managing high-impact projects on-site in India, Sweden, Singapore, Dubai, and Australia. Beyond his corporate achievements, he is deeply passionate about mentoring the next generation, dedicating his time to teaching both school children and budding professionals.

Anu

Co-Founder & Vice President

An HR professional with a strong corporate background, Anu holds an MBA in Human Resources and specialises in talent acquisition. Over her career, she has successfully facilitated corporate recruitment processes and hired over 10,000 individuals across industries. Alongside her corporate success, Anu has been in the teaching business for more than 10 years, dedicating herself to shaping future minds. By uniquely blending organisational psychology with impactful teaching methodologies, she effectively develops potential in both students and corporate professionals.
